Role: Senior UX Designer

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Senior UX Designer with around 5-7 years of hands-on UX designing experience. 
  • Must have deep understanding & knowledge of Human Centered Design and UX Design Process.
  • Must have a good hands-on expertise with Figma tool
  • Must have a good hands-on experience working on Design Systems and processes.
  • Must have good working experience in Ideation, Creating Lo-Fi Wireframes, Hi-Fi Visual Design & clickable Prototypes, Creating Styleguides, Design System for Mobile and Web apps (Consumer facing and Enterprise apps).
  • Must have working experience in an Agile environment.
  • Possess good communication skills, has team player spirit and is well organized with work priorities/deliverables.
  • Passion for designing meaningful quality User Experience and solving problems through the right User-Centric Designs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and get insights from the User Research, User Personas, Journeys, Business Goals/Requirements in collaboration with the K-C HCD team.
  • Conduct user testing and feedback sessions for improving user experience 
  • Create design ideas using storyboards, process/workflows, Journeys, etc.
  • Create Information Architecture.
  • Design UX Lo-Fi Wireframes (as needed), Hi-Fi UX Visual Designs, Clickable UX Prototypes in Figma tool for all the required Web/Mobile UX Designs. 
  • Build the required information architecture, navigation and interactions in the UX designs. 
  • Adhere to UX, Usability Standards & Guidelines, UX Best Practices, Accessibility Standards & Guidelines, and K-C Brand Identity Guidelines (BIG).
  • As required, create the original icons/graphics/illustration/tables, etc. required for the designs. 
  • Prepare and present drafts to stakeholders and lead review discussions with the Business stake holders, HCD teams. 
  • Participate and help in - getting designs (wireframes, concepts, prototypes, information architecture, etc.) User Tested, analyzing the User Testing Results and Insights and document the findings.
  • Update and iterate the designs based on the user and business feedback received and fine-tune the design further till it gets approved.
  • Align on design system process for managing the designs for the K-C Brand as per the standards defined by K-C UX team
  • Help to review the developed UI (features/functionalities) from the UX perspective and ensure it is aligned with UX Designs, report any gaps/issues observed to the Development teams.
  • Handover all the UX Designs, Styleguide, related assets (Images, Icons, Copy, Graphics, etc.) to the development team.
  • Work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
