•  Experience with the oil and gas industry and terminal operations  
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance in fuelfacs and tmw systems. 
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and document business requirements. 
• Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend solutions. 
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they meet business objectives. 
• Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides. 
• Coordinate between business users, technology teams, and support teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. 
• Collaborate with team like SAP, Azure, network to ensure seamless integration of terminal automation business processes. 

• SAP Techno functional : 40% 
• Support integration with the TMW and CBS systems. Identify issues/improvement in following processes 
• order management  
• TMW integration  
• CBS integration  
• Master Data management 
• Customer and business location 
• Inventory posting reconciliation 
• End of the day processing between terminals and SAP 
• Perform testing in SAP for any new development or changes related terminal business process 
• Required Skills:
• ABAP 
• SAP SD (IS Oil)– TAS Basics, TSW, Sales orders management, inventory management, Purchase orders management, TD shipment 
• Chevron terminal automation systems setup 

• SME for non-SAP application : 30% 
• TMW : vendor application used for order management and inventory forecasting 
• CBS : vendor application used for terminal management 
• Required skills: 
• SQL 
• General information about Microsoft web servers and server management 
• Vendor application knowledge 
• Microsoft Azure technical : 10% 
• Interface analysis for any issue 
• Required skills 
• Basic understanding on Azure resource groups, logic apps, service bus and azure services 
• Business process improvement : 20% 
• Understand client requirement and business to improvise present setup, or add new functionality 
• Analyze overall integration and perform RCA in case of major issue 
• Coordinate with different team ( SAP, PO, infrastructure, vendor) for new development or issue resolution 

Preferred Experience: 

SAP 

Good knowledge in TSW configuration like Transportation Planning, Vehicle Scheduling 

Inventory, Purchase Orders, and sale order processing 

Knowledge on IS-OIL exchange agreement, allocation 

Configure Transport Planning Point, In transit Storage Location, bulk shipment 

Configure mode of transport unit  

Integration with Terminal automations system 

TD master data configuration 

FuelFacs 

Deployment and integration of FuelFACS terminal automation systems with SAP 

Master data configuration like Terminal, supplier, customer, product, folio, inventory 

Integration configuration like host interface and qreader 

Customize FuelFACS solutions to meet specific client needs and operational requirements 

TMW systems 

Implementation of TMW systems, including configuration, customization, and integration with SAP 

Master data configuration like Company, tank, carrier, ini settings 

Previous experience with TMW systems or other transportation management systems

100% WFH

Global project - Fluent English is mandatory, Spanish in nice to have

Work time: 10AM - 7PM
